So the power went out at one of my remote offices toward the end of the day yesterday and they were not able to put it into night mode before they left...it came back up as soon as they left of course...this is how I found out that whoever programmed the system did not set up to do anything other than ring during the day....if someone forgets to put into night mode, the line just rings off the wall....
question, is there a way within the phone that the main line points to, to modify the normal scenario to say ring 5 times and then go into the aa? Or does this have to be programmed via serial port?
