OP eshippee5 Member Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 2 Laurinburg,NC,USA	I'm having a problem when I try to use Electra Elite IPK End User SAT v 2.5 with my system. I have tried both a direct connection and the Elite LAN PC interface and each time I get a timeout before it connects. Is there a default end user password I don't know about that I need to use or could there be a setting that I'm missing? I have tried to talk to our service provider and they use their own software to access and program the system . Any help you could give would be appreciated.
