Hi Everyone, please excuse my noob questions.

Our Office has downsized staff and changed locations. During this turmoil have managed to get out NEC Electra Professional telephone system with ElectraMail up and running at the new address.

My challenge is the reduction of phone lines in use. We have gone from four lines to two and the 'Dial 9' to get an outside line is not working. I believe it is trying the CO lines that are no longer connected.

Can anyone help me change the setup and get the 'Dial 9' to work again ?
