I have a customer asking this question:

"Can you tell me how to get a phone to go to intercom? There is one phone that is always on that, so when you call over, you can just speak to find someone. All of a sudden, it isn't doing it, and I can't figure out how to get it back."

Is there a quick answer to this? It's a NEAX 2000 system.
