Our switchboard used to show a blinking light when an extension had activated their DND and if you called that extension it would display DND. Now none of that works. When you call a DND extension it goes right to voice mail, does not display DND and the switchboard panel does not display the blinking light. Any ideas? We have an NEAX 2000 IPS.
