On incoming calls, display reads "no caller ID info". Customer says he has CID , I hear the short burst of data bet. the 1st & 2nd ring. The system logs the calls, but just the number of calls. Does the burst of data mean they are getting the CID data, or could it be there is no info in that short burst of data? do I have to program CID in COS 2?
