hello guys my customer called and said his system was down. sure was. no lights on any phones and no power at the 66 block. system has power and the lights flash on all cards. the amp plugs are in place. i reset the system and reseated the cards so im thinking the processor is bad. but im not an nec man. any thoughts on this on. dont want to spend more than required but dont want to get a processor and have to tell my customer it was the cabinet of something else after i put in a replacement processor. thanks for the help. dave
