The 24DTR card uses a signalling channel for call setup etc, the register card never comes into play. Just to add weight to this, the DTR is an applications processor not a TDM card. You have your technologies mixed up as the signalling channel means you use neither DTMF or DP dialling. You seriously need to get a qualified tech involved.
