One of our users is trying to dial a phone number, but is getting someone other than the firm he is trying to call. When he calls with his cell phone, there is no issue. We can replicate this issue.
I think when we've had this issue in the past it had something to do with dialing rules, or somehow programming the area code + prefix into the system? What command do we use for this? I'm not sure which version of NEC equipment we have, but the MAT shows SV8500 PCPro - AAAA9600.
