check Your Group Intercom Access,check your Mailbox Transfer fields, do you have a Group Box setup? "poor mans ucd" do you have any virtual extension, could be a timing issue as well what is 2608 mailbox set to transfer to.what is your zero set to, sounds like its going to the systems default Operator box 888. You should really post this in the Comdial center there are some good tech in there. Look at your class of services make sure they are all the same for the users. run a trace ,setup your trace for DPT and from voice mail viewer start a trace. This will help you.
