Not sure if I belong here or in Avaya. Well here goes. Have a Merlin Magix with Merlin Messaging. Want to activate outcalling. Went into mail turned on out calling for that extension. Went into extension turned on out calling. Added new number (with 9* first then number system set as hy/pbx) Added number in list space. Mail is 4 port. Made call to extension mail picks up, left message. I can see the last mail port turn on to light M/L, but thats it. I went into ARS for that mail port was set at 0 changed that to a 3, still doesn't dial out. Did I miss a point, Again thanks for any help. Tony :shrug:
