OP 5years&counting Moderator-Comdial, ESI, Voicemail, Cisco Joined: Jun 2004 Posts: 4,552 Visalia, CA, USA	Okay, because the 17F software is labeled for 112-port, and the single-backplane FXT is 112 ports, I tried loading the 17F software. The key let me do it, and it loaded up okay. I've seen in other cases, where the port count was wrong (e.g., trying to put 480 software on a system with 2 backplanes), the key would reject the software. So, now I'm wondering: does anyone know if this version is actually compatable with the FXT, or if I need to go back to the last version listed on the CCC under FXT: 17D (the earlier of the two versions of 17D). The reason I'm asking is because of the new problems I've picked up on an FXT, referenced in this thread . Thanks, in advance, for the input. Justin
