Hello.
I have a question about the MSN digit feature. Its MMC#421 in the manual.
Does this allow the phone system special features for inbound numbers which match up?
For example:
#1 Will it give you the ability to block in inbound calls (example:Personal calls coming in on your 1-800 numbers, telemarketer/employment agency trying to steal your employees)
#2 Give special treatment for VIP clients. If their number matches an MSN digit, you can route that call to your best employees's station, etc...
Please let me know if what I said is the intended purpose of the " MSN Digit feature.
Thanks.
