Please be patient with me; I am new to the DS616. :-) My experience is mostly on the programming side of Lucent PBXs. I have looked all over without hope. I am trying to hook up MOH for a client. When I wire up the equipment to the MOH slot on the block, the music immediately starts playing over one keyset telephone as soon as it is connected (without being on hold, just start blaring out of the speaker and only happens to one keyset). The MOH slot is wired correctly (black-green pair). The MOH jumper is on EXT. I believe has something to do with the programming. I have looked at the manuals, but can not find anything.
