i have a 3 node system tied together via SPnet. If a user forwards to external cell, an internal caller to the the nodes calls they get a busy signal. but from an outside caller it works fine. so what can i do to make this work for both internal/external callers? all local trunk groups are (800) so i dont know if i change the trunk groups in each node to 800, 810, 820? Or do i need to add something in my LCR table? any ideas? thanks
