Usually I post questions for my friends to ponder on with ample time to await input from numerous members before implementing actions. Tonight is not the case. I have a full blown RED Alert!
I have a 72E in Chicago with the following cards. Slot 1 E2-612 Slot 2 E2-612 Slot 3 PRI 12
The goal is to install an IVC Card to support Remote IP Phones.
Earlier today we powered down and Installed the IVC card then when we brought the system back up I was not able to connect Esiaccess via network connection. Bear in mind that I have been connecting with Esiaccess almost daily for a few months now without ever even a blink. When the IVC card is removed Esiaccess is no problem. When it is connected bye bye Esiaccess. Note: This IVC card was once used in this exact system, it may have been in a different slot but same card, same system.
Now here is the scenario: Against my better judgment a guy is on a plane in the AM to Atlanta and New York to distribute and install the IP Phones. I need to bring that IVC card online and darn quick.
