We have a location where we have a Viking door phone controller now, not working well. For some reason drops calls! We test works OK..next day drops calls, Anyway cust wants to replace. Any good suggestions for a good unit out there?
Need to cover 3 doors (no strikes) and we would like to keep using Viking (night bell over paging) alert that we have set up now, It's on an Avaya Definity w/pickup group so anyone can just answer and then someone just goes to the door and lets people in..that part works great but the call dropping part stinks...
So basically the only part we have a problem with is the Viking door phone contoller..we need better unit..Valcom, Bogen? who makes good unit? and 3 door boxes that would tie into Avaya system on station port or trunk port to ring night bell over paging adapter? Thanks for your help...
