I have a Eclipse 2 by Inter-tel. The main office and my personal extension are on the same phone. Is there a way for me to forward my extension only, without forwarding the entire office. When I select forward on the phone the choices are ALL, Busy, and no answer. How can I do this?? I will be waiting anxiously for some guidance. I have tried to call several companies that install this system, but there is no direct customer service line....HELP!!
