I'm an IT guy required to manage our AXXESS switch and learning more by trial, hopefully, than error.

It's running AXXESS 4.4-03

Have a manager request for calls to an extension to be forwarded to an outside phone number, i.e., area code and phone number external to the switch. Can this switch do that?

Or alternatively, does the email functionality of this switch serve any of that function?
