At any assigned console station you may adjust time and date by the following steps.
Press [PRG], [HOLD] at this point system vary you may need to select 7 or press [SAVE] LCD will display: System Date/Time
MM dd yy hh mm D
Enter 2 digits for month MM (01-12)
Enter 2 digits for day dd (01-31)
Enter 2 digits for year yy (00-99)
Enter 2 digits for hour hh (00-24)
Enter 2 digits for minute mm (00-59)
Enter 1 digit for day of week from chart below; Press [SAVE] Display will reset next use of phone.

1 = Monday
2 = Tuesday
3 = Wednesday
4 = Thursday
5 = Friday
6 = Saturday
7 = Sunday

TMS-Lite Voice Processor (Voice Mail Time)
Changing to/from Day Light Saving Time
Call in to voice processor by dialing _______ from inside phone or ____________ from outside line.
During opening greeting dial 7 + (password)

To advance time by one hour press 1 (spring ahead)
To decrease time by one hour press 0 (fall back)
The adjust system time/date
Call in to voice processor by dialing _______ from inside phone or ____________ from outside line.
During opening greeting dial + 900 + (password)

To set time dial *420 +HH (hour 00-24) + MM (min.00-59)
To set date dial *430 +DD (day 01-31) + MM (month 01-12) + YY (year 00-99)
To listen to system time dial *440 to exit programming dial *900
