Has anyone ever experienced a delay in voicemail deliver ona specific extension?
We are on Axxess 8.2 and our CEO has reported a 6 - 18 hour delay in message delivery. (i.e. he checks his voicemail before he leaves in the evening and has none. When he comes in the next morning, he has messages that say they were recieved the previous day. Any thoughts?
