Hello!
I am brand new here so I am just learning my way around. My company has an Electra Elite IPK, with ESIB8 and COIB4 U30. My question is how do we enable the Caller ID. We have been using it without it, but would like to program it. I set up this system but never tried caller ID. Here are my software versions:
SP1012/ CPUI = 2.02/ ESIB8 = 1.00/ COID4 = 4.00
Is this the proper software to have CID, and if so, what memory block should I use to set it? I tried earlier, by going off-line, MB7-1, slot 02: COID 4 =05.
