Not too long ago, Verizon and Sprint rolled out the 4.3 update to their Samsung Galaxy S4 users (I'm one of them).
The update has caused more than a few problems for many people.
It got to the point where AT&T halted the rollout to their customers at Samsung's request.
Some issues include users not being able to establish or hold a WiFi connection and telephone screens freezing up.
There has been quite a bit of information written on the situation as the problem extends far beyond the US.
What a mess.
