I have a customer with a Partner Messaging R7 that changed the Admin password and has forgotten it. I understand not posting backdoor passwords, and as a BP I should really be working on getting this password myself anyway, but it's more important for me to get the customer taken care of right now. Is there anyone who could dial in and reset the password to default? If so, would there be a cost? Feel free to PM or email me. Thanks in advance.
