Currently Linksys's Smart WiFi system is down. Because of this, remote access to Linksys/Cisco consumer grade WiFi routers is not possible. Also affected is the ability to upgrade router firmware.
Because I'm using my Samsung tablet to type this out, I cannot copy & paste the URL to Linksys's official announcement, but, it can be found on the company support forum.
