We are doing a WS SIP (Broadsoft) cutover and the system test ok when calling in the US. International however the system won't allow us to call International. Int'l was not turned off by WS and Int'l was working before we switched over to WS with the old SIP Provider.

Does anyone have any issue with this application? We had to downgrade the software firmware (which I hated to do) to meet the last known Avaya / WS tech bulletin.

Last approved Software version is R9.0.0.829 which is where we are right now. We did try the latest release 9.0.3.0.949 but

I'm having the same issue in both versions.

any help would be greatly appreciated.
