We've got the InterTel (NTCPU) Axxess 7.x connected to the Alcatel PCX on a PRI set up as a CO Trunk.
We can call extensions back and forth, and can call the outside world through the PCX from an InterTel keyset. We've been unable to call the outside world from Alcatel through the InterTel.
I've set the trunk group to take all calls from the PCX to a routing table as such: 8+ direct call to "foo" + direct calls to collected extension.
Where foo has been tried as: ARS (9200) CO Trunk Group (93008) an extension forwarded to ARS or CO Trunk
Each time a call is attempted from the PCX, intercom extensions connect perfectly, 8+ calls ring the attendant.
What am I missing?
