I have PRI on my V10 Axxess. We recently switched providers. My old provider would send out the billing telephone number (BTN) in the absence of a calling party number being sent out. For example, Ext 100 has a CPN of XXX-555-1212 and that is what shows up on an outbound call. Ext 101 has no CPN programmed, so the call is rejected by the carrier (fast busy).
This is not an issue except in a few instances. The main instance being Voicemail Remote Notification. I cannot find a place to program the CPN for this application or a place to program a 'generic' CPN.
