we need to hire an NEC Support Technician who can remotely connect to our systems and fix things such as caller id not working on a line. Or set up have a button light up when a certain call comes in.

If you do this type of work can you please reply. We had been using one person but he was literally impossible to get a-hold of. We would wait weeks and weeks for a response. Then we tried a group who billed by 15 minute increments which would be fine except everything seemed to take hours when they would estimate a half an hour and some things they could never figure out like SIP(?) calling.


so our expectations would be that you would respond within a few days of our request and that you have the knowledge to fix/set things up. This can all be done remotely.
