Hello,

We had our system programed and currently have extension 100 assigned to the operator, auto attendant and the general voicemail. We have left messages on the general voicemail to test and we can see the voicemail light is on the physical phone at extension 100 but when we go to Merlin Messaging and enter extension 100 it states invalid entry. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I have spent a few days reading this forum and Avaya's programing manual and am able to get into the system programing but have not been successful in figuring out this issue.
