I am a Nortel tech, I am working on a NEC Aspire S key system.
Simply the customer has an incoming line that flashes on her set but does not ring. She is requesting that it flashes and rings.
I've searched for half a day and can not find anything. I found 22-04 set ring group but i dont know how to get there?
I was able to modify and update the users names and was able to reset the time and date, so i am briefly familiar
