I'm having issues with one individual user. When some calls her extension from inside or outside of the company, they are never redirected to her VM if she does not pick up. For example, if I try her extension from the AA and she does not answer, instead of hitting her VM it goes right back to the AA.
This is an NEC Electra Elite phone system and EliteMail CMS, and NEC DTU 16D-2 phones
