Hello, I am trying to setup unified faxing on a DID. It works for the most part, but only if the sender is a physical fax machine. Our client goes to a web site where a request for info is made and the website generates a fax to send to clients unified fax did. This does not work.
What I beleive is happening is the sender fax is waiting to hear CNG tones before transmitting and the receiving unified fax line is also waiting for CNG tones to begin transmission.
Since neither starts, the fax failed.
I am looking for a way to setup a Call Routing Application for fax that will always send the CNG tones first, and not wait to here them from the sender.
Any suggestions?
William
