I have a Mitel phone system and Microcall software (2014) to collect call data. We recently changed pc's and I reloaded Microcall onto the new pc and mirrored the settings from my old pc. I exported the extensions and imported them onto the new pc's software. When I test Microcall, it is collecting the raw data of the phone calls but when I run a report, I am not getting the long distance calls. I know there's one little box I'm missing but have not figured it out. We do not have a contract with Microcall due to the fact that they want $900 a year for it and we simply use it to collect reimbursement revenue of less than $200 a year. Is there anyone out there that is familiar with the Microcall that could help me troubleshoot?
