Hi there, just have a quick question about something. Out of curiosity, what is the feature or programming called on a Toshiba phone system where there is an “automated lady’s voice†played on the overhead PA system saying “customer service needed in the ______ department“, and it will keep repeating itself until the department gets help? I would imagine it would be called something like customer service paging but I really don’t know. Is it even done through Network eManager or some kind of software that involves Toshiba or is it a separate unit? Where would you even go about programming this? Hopefully you know what I’m talking about. Any information would be great! Thanks a lot!😀
