I think I know the answer to this question already, but wanted to verify.
I have a customer with a MICS (7.1), 8 analog POTS lines, and a Call Pilot. They want to put an option on their Auto Attendant to dial a digit which will then transfer the caller to an off-site IVR system. The IVR is designed to recognize the caller/customer based upon the incoming caller ID and match it up with their account. I don't believe that when the Call Pilot/AA answers the call and then transfers the call to the off-site IVR that it will pass the original callers information. It appears that the IVR will just see a call coming from one of the MICS lines. Am I correct on this?
