So that was one issue you helped solve... The post title is what I meant to ask about : ) Is there a way to access a trunk/CO line from the auto attendant? Or some other way to access a trunk line by calling into the system? Thank you! Yes with DNIS But I wouldn't suggest you do it. To many bad hackers out there to leave trunk to trunk connections open these days.
