Nortel CICS with Call Pilot Voicemail. I would like to forward a hunt group to an individual voice mailbox when no answer. I have set up a mailbox for the hunt group number (2707) with the extension number of the phone I want it to go to (2228). I have initialized the mailbox and programmed the extension number in the hunt group overflow. When calling the group through the auto Attendant and enter the path number for the hunt group it rings the group 4 times and then says "that party is not available, good bye" and hangs up. If I dial the group number from another phone it goes to the voice mailbox like I want after 4 rings. Any ideas?
