I had a customer with 2 phones displaying 'System Alarm!'. The customer was trying to get MOH working around the same time the alarm came on. He connected a new cable to the trunk port from the MOH player, don't think that could cause an alarm unless a Rd-Bl or Bl-Rd pin touched another? Anyway, looked in the manual, found the method to cancel the alarm but wanted to see if before doing so any detailed information could be obtained about it. Couldn't find anything, nor was a co-worker that worked on these for years aware of any method. I even brought the book with me (have a couple .pdfs on my pc). Doesn't really matter now as I cleared it so the customer's display could return to normal, but I wonder if there is a way to obtain details about the alarm.
MOH wasn't working because the amphenol on the trunk card was slightly loose.
