We have a customer with a fairly new NS-700 that claims that their UM to E-mail feature isn't working, but they aren't sure if it ever did. All of the entries appear to be correct in the UM settings. Is it possible that they didn't purchase the license for this? I noticed that they have one license that provides system-wide fax/e-mail and voice mail integration, but none for just the e-mail part. We know that their voice mail works fine. I also looked in maintenance at their current options and it shows 'no limit' for UM-E Mail. What am I missing?
