We just swapped out an old Toshiba DK with an NEC SL2100. Paging and other things stopped working on the DK. Reconnected the Valcom to the NEC but can't get ring over page to work. External paging from a phoneset works fine. Sent database to NEC and they got ROP to work in their lab.
I did notice I had to unplug and plug in the power supply to get external page to work.
Could the power supply be bad? Thanks all.
