I’m still trying to get my eManager software to work but I’m having no luck. Still getting the SQL server error 26 message. This just came to my mind so I thought I’d ask. Do I have to have the PBX (in my case a CTX100) connected to a power source and hooked up to ethernet for it to communicate to the eManager software with the IP address? I temporarily don’t have the CTX100 right now and I just thought of that being a possible cause for a problem while I’m messing around trying to get the software to work even though I watched a video online of how to solve the SQL error problem?
