Customer has a BCM 450 v.6 with voicemail. It has been a long time since I instructed the user how to log into the voicemail to reset a password or change a user name in the vm.

I tried F983 and get a log prompt. Enter 102 + pw and I get "Invalid Login" message. I'm pretty sure this worked on this system years ago. I am able to log into the voicemail with my laptop and have tried resetting the password for the Sys Mgr mailbox, but it still tells me Invalid Login.

I can't remember what I forgot to make this work. Thanks for any help.
