Hey foks,
Last year I had a mp10a where the audio on the IP phones and the voicemail started to deteriorate. I could reset the system and it would be fine for anywhere from a 2 days to 2 weeks. I thought it might be network interference but completely isolated the system and it would do the same thing after running for a few days. Upgraded to 5.01, rebuilt the DB from scratch after defaulting it completely, swapped out the SD card. In the end, I sent it off for warranty repair and Telesource was able to do their magic and sent it back and it has been fine since.
Recently I've had more systems start to exhibit the same flaw. On to my 5th one as of this morning.
So, my question is, has anyone else run into this?
