My customer is in process of converting from AT&T to Ring Central Office at Hand. I installed two ATA SPA122 Cisco devices. One is for the Fax machine, and works perfectly.
The other one I have setup to ring a Trimline wall phone with no dial pad. In addition it is needed to ring an auxilliary ringer. The ringer looks like it might be a wheelock brand? Anyway, the ATA rings my buttset, but not the phone or aux ringer. An associate told me the ATA can be configured for Voltage or impedance??
Any help would be appreciated. I could not log in to the ATA, and Office at hand support were of no help. Thank you in advance as usual.
