I know nothing about Shortel. But I am trying to get MOH player connected. I have it connected to the Shortel but on hold - nothing.
The ShoreTel Director says Small Business Edition 100 Build 19.45.8701.0 Since I know nothing about shortel I do not know what needs to be done to enable the external source. I see: MUSIC ON HOLD Internal Calls - now says None but did try to change to Jack Based. File Based System Default: Tried to change that to Jack Based.
Tried going to Primary Switch. Check the box for MOH but when click on SAVE it said something about 10+0 = 10 then gave a red lettering error - can't remember what it said.
My JOB was to just connect the player to system. But this system needs Config modified. So not really part of my job, but trying to help customer. Otherwise he will have to find himself a ShoreTel tech to come out to site.
Any tidbits of help is appreciated. Thanks
