There are a couple of one phone departments that occasionally need to forward their office phone to their cell phone. Otherwise, the office phone is just CFNA to the voice mailbox for that extension.
Here is what happens: - CF Immediate key is off (not forwarding): Incoming call rings the phone, after the timer delay, voicemail answers, caller leaves a message. Everything is ok. - CF Immediate key is on (forwards calls to cell): Incoming call goes directly to the cell phone. Good. - When CF Immediate is turned off, this also turns off all the other call forwarding, including the CFNA to the extension's mailbox.
How can I have these two play nice together? Thank you. Jim
