OP Carmac Member Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 262 Birmingham, AL	Trying to set up two Axxess (10.0x) Systems in different U.S. locations for automatic rollover for disaster purposes. Our TelCo local loop provider can detect if a site goes down, and redirect to other site. I'm trying to find out how to determine in the system where the calls were originally sent so that alternate programming can deal with the call (alternate handlers/staff at 'UP' location). Systems already integrated to some extent, but each location, dealing with different primary products, have mostly separate call routing. Any ideas anyone? TIA Carmac
