I was wondering if anyone had encountered this problem on the Definity Intuity messaging system and managed to solve it. On certain mailboxes and not on all when a call is sent to voice mail the Intuity requests that the caller re-enter the number they wanted to reach. I tried deleting the mailbox and re-created it. I tried to delete the extension on the switch and re-create it. Non of them solved the problem.
