I have a 406 and Voice Mail Pro, it's been running fine till last week when I started geting unable to connect to feature key server messages and voice mail would stop. System status would show no licenses.

A reboot of the VM server cures it for a few hours then it locks up again.

Only changes have been on the lan, A switch was replaced, now connects at a gigabit and a SonicWall firewall was installed.

Our Avaya Partner says it's the sonicwall but I do not understand how as both the 406 and the VM Server are on the same LAN so how could Sonicwall stop the communication if it does not go thru the Sonic wall. Sonicwall logs do not show any blocking activity on the I.P. addresses of the phone system.

So the questions
1 Can Sonicwall block lan connections
2 Could the new Gigabit switch cause problems
